LAND POOLING POLICY: IMPORVEMENT FOR SOME, HOME FOR MANY

The arrival land pooling policy added rocket speed to the Delhi Smart Cities project and ensured that the development will reach to new heights. The concept of this land pooling policy is very special. 

DDA brought the policy into existence on September 2013. Since then, it has been the hope for improvement of many sects in Delhi. L zone will be the biggest beneficiary of the land pooling policy. Due to its precise location i.e. around Dwarka, Gurgaon and South Delhi, it is one of the hottest locations right now with the jaw dropping affordability. Projects like Revanta Smart Residency ensures that people will get the houses at the most desired prices.


These houses will be present at the location of Dwarka Extension which brings them the name of Dwarka Smart City also. Currently, Dwarka is amongst the most expensive areas of Delhi due to which prices in the area have gone out of the reach of the middle-class.
